Ericka Fisher, Chief Operating Officer
Ericka Fisher is a 20 year retired US Navy Veteran. Currently she is an undergraduate student studying Nutritional Science at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth Texas. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in International Business management with a minor in Business Administration. Also, Ericka is a world traveled professional Chef who has studied in Paris France, New York and Dallas Texas. Her plans once she completes her Bachelors in Nutritional Science is to work at the Veteran Affairs Hospital teaching healthy living cooking classes to Veterans.
